9月にオーロラツアーを検討しています。
天候、日照時間、出現率等を考慮すると、上旬、中旬、下旬のいずれが良いでしょうか？

9月中はオーロラ鑑賞確率いづれも変わりません。
日照時間は、9月上旬の方が長くはなりますが、オーロラツアー時は
いずれも暗くなるので、いつでも一緒です。
昼間の天候は9月上旬が一番高く、下旬が低くなりますが
オーロラ発生に気温も関係ございません。

その日の天候が晴れているかが重要になりますが
9月中はいつでも一緒の条件になります。
